Khartoum condemns Darfur rebels

A Sudanese court has today sentenced ten members of the Darfur rebel Justice and Equality Movement to death for an unprecedented 2008 attack on the Sudanese capital.
The men were found guilty of involvement in the attack, which reached Omdurman in the capital area in May 2008, Reuters reports. Three others were acquitted and will be freed, the court said.
