A fire at a Democratic Republic of Congo electoral commission warehouse destroyed voting materials for 19 of 24 polling districts Kinshasa, the commission said.
Corneille Nangaa said voting would go ahead on December 23. The poll will choose a successor to President Joseph Kabila, due to step down after 18 years in power.
