  • Your corporate logo and a 50 word write-up to appear on the Sponsor page of the “Maritime Africa 2009” event portal hosted on DefenceWeb with a hyperlink through to your Web site.
  • Your corporate logo (hyperlinked back to your Web site) under the heading “Lead Sponsor” to appear on three separate direct e-mail shots each sent to DefenceWeb subscribers.
  • Your corporate logo (hyper linked back to your Web site) under the heading “Lead Sponsor” to appear on all general correspondence with delegates leading up to the event.
  • As Lead Sponsor, your company will be entitled to provide DefenceWeb with mailing lists of potential visitors to the event. DefenceWeb will invite these people to attend the conference, thus increasing your profile.
  • As Lead Sponsor, your company will be entitled to provide staff details to be issued with DefenceWeb vCards. vCards are virtual networking tools, which offer sponsors an interactive communication platform to engage, interact and exchange information with not only your peers, DefenceWeb events team and conference speakers but also with all conference delegates.

Extensive marketing benefits – At the event

  • The role of day1 Chair person, subject to discretion of conference Producer.
  • You will have a highly sought after Presentation slot. The presentation opportunity will last approximately 30 minutes and gives a great opportunity to present your related case study to a highly receptive audience. All speakers and presentations must be agreed with the conference Producer.
  • Your company will be entitled to place two free-standing banners (1m x 2m) inside the conference room at the venue.
  • Your company will be entitled to place two free-standing banners (1m x 2m) at conference registration at the venue.
  • Your company will be entitled to ‘stage branding’ on the speaker podium.
  • Opportunity to host a display area in a prime position in the registration, lunch and tea break area, where the company’s executives and sales staff can interact with the delegates.
    Display Area will include the following:
    – 12sqm of Table top displays
    – 1 conference table with 2 chairs
    – 1 plug point
  • Your corporate logo will appear on the lanyards and delegate name badges
  • Your corporate logo will appear on all delegate bags.
  • Insert up to five A4 sheets of your corporate brochure or promotional material into all delegate bags.
  • Your corporate logo under the heading “Lead Sponsor” to run on the large presentation screen on a rotational basis throughout the conference.

  • Additional tickets for the conference will be available at less 30%.

  • The Lead Sponsor will be entitled to host the official cocktail function after the event. The official cocktail reception provides the sponsor with an opportunity to network with the delegates in a more relaxed and informal atmosphere, and is always a popular feature. The sponsor has the opportunity to brand the cocktail function area, distribute promotional material and provide a short opening address. (Your Lead Sponsorship investment includes banqueting costs of wine, malt and dry snacks.)
