Trijicon recently announced it would license and manufacture BAE Systems’ OASYS thermal imaging and aiming technology. This new licensing agreement will enhance Trijicon’s expanding product portfolio for commercial, military and law enforcement customers around the world, and ECM Technologies will be showing these products for the first time in South Africa at AAD.
“ECM Technologies have been the exclusive South African distributor for Trijicon for more than 25 years,” said ECM Technologies Managing Director Eric Milburn. “It is very exciting to be able to add to what we believe to be the most advanced combat day optics in the world with this new range of thermal imaging and aiming monoculars, weapons sights and binoculars.”
Trijicon products are already in extensive use by the SANDF, and ECM Technologies is looking forward to showing its existing and potential new customers this exciting new range of products.
