EADS Defence & Security and Danish company Terma join forces in security electronics

[Johannesburg, 20 July 2010] - EADS Defence & Security (DS) and the leading Danish defense company Terma will extend their established cooperation in the field of security and defense electronics.

During Farnborough International Airshow, EADS Defence & Security and Terma signed a cooperation agreement in order to jointly explore business opportunities in the fields of aircraft survivability equipment, radar and other electronics equipment. The cooperation will include joint marketing activities worldwide with special focus on activities in the U.S. The two companies already have cooperated successfully for several years.

"As proven by our track record in this area, the combination of our skills provides customers with optimal cost-efficient solutions."
