We are adding more pictures to our photo archive, marked at the top of the page as “Gallery”.
Guy Martin and I have been happily snapping shots during field trips, events and visits to museums – inter alia – and have built up a fair archive. I recently migrated laptops (my trusty six-year old finally started to fall apart – literally) and discovered that in the last half decade I’ve collected about 18 000 photos, ranging from Waterloo to Denel Aviation to the Beijing military museum. Quite a selection!
Going forward we’ll be adding a slice of this to the Gallery for your enjoyment. I think most people will be interested in the photographs of local defence equipment, taken during field exercises as well as static displays. There remains a dearth of decent quality pictures, a gap we hope to fill in time.
